Synopsis
Based on the Banjo Paterson poem, this is the story a prize stallion and its capture. Jim (Tom Burlinson), has lived in the mountains all his life, the death of his father forces him to go to the low lands to earn some money, to save the family farm. While working, a prize stallion escapes and Jim is accused of letting it loose. He is not considered to be a worthy rider but is allowed to accompany the best stockmen to bring the stallion back, because of the regard in which his father was held. Jim proves himself to be as good as any and returns having earned their respect as a great horseman.
